Cook fish to perfection with the Avanti® Fish Poaching Pan. The long size allows you to poach a whole fish or several fish filets. Constructed of durable stainless steel it can be used in the oven or across two burners on the stovetop and cooks delicate fish evenly and preserves moisture. It features a perforated rack that encourages easy draining and makes it easier to lift cooked fish out of the poacher without it flaking apart. Poached fish retains its flavour and vitamins, a healthy way of cooking without drying fish out.
